According to the PGE website, the unplanned outage began just before 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, affecting 2,441 customers in Fresno County. In the Fresno area, over 1,500 were impacted in the Mayfair area near Cedar Avenue, stretching past Blackstone Avenue between Shields and McKinley Avenues.
