The San Francisco Fire Department responded to 47 Cordova St. after reports of fire on the second floor of a two-story, single-family residential home, Sunday morning. According to SFFD’s social media post, around 2:57 a.m., multiple occupants have self-evacuated, with two people receiving non- life-threatening injuries. Additionally, multiple pets have been rescued from the fire, firefighters said. Unfortunately, one cat had died. The fire was under control, but the SFFD is assessing how many occupants will be displaced. The American Red Cross and city services will provide aid.
