An infant was taken to the hospital after it was hurt in an incident under investigation in Northwest Philadelphia, the city’s Special Victims Unit told NBC10. The extent of the infant’s injuries and what exactly happened are unclear at this time, but police said that a man and woman are det ained in connection to the incident.
