A new martini bar has come to Fells Point. NeatFreak opened Aug. 1 in the former Greyhound Tavern space at 1822 Fleet St. Owner Matthew Steinberg is also co-owner of the Meander Art Bar in Upper Fells Point. NeatFreak is open from noon to midnight on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays.
