A pedestrian is in critical condition following a crash in Oakland involving a car occupied by two kids who took a car belonging to their parents, Oakland police said. The collision was reported Thursday in the area of 35th and Mangels avenues, near Interstate 580, in the city’s Dimond District . The two kids were taken to a hospital with minor injuries, police said. No other information was immediately available.
