Mountain Mixer Cocktail Contest to culminate with live judging Aug. 22

The Park City Area Restaurant Association has announced the top 10 finalists in the 2nd Annual Mountain Mixer Cocktail Contest, and bartenders will prepare their signature cocktails before a panel of judges and a live audience at this year’s competition at Deer Valley Resort from 5-8 p.m. on Satu
rday, Aug. 22.
“We want to thank our local community for sampling so many of our competing cocktails last month,” said Park City Area Restaurant Association Executive Director Ginger Wicks. “We are excited to bring back the live component of the competition this year and give audience members the opportunity to show their support and ultimately help decide the 2026 Mountain Mixer Cocktail Champion.”
Throughout July, 21 bartenders from across Park City crafted original cocktails that a panel of secret judges anonymously sampled. After weeks of competition, the top 10 finalists have earned their place on the outdoor stage for one final shake-off.

Bloods Lake — Allan Joseph Anderson, Handle
Cena Strawberry Spritz — Adam Krebs, Cena Ristorante
Coco Verde — Charles Franco, Grub Steak
Crimson Smoked — Adriel Danan, Dos Olas
Cucumber Jalapeño Gimlet — Chace Ciulla, Timbers at Park City Sheraton
Guava Getaway — Tristan James Beattie, Flanagan’s on Main
Hive Mind — Katelyn Fraser, Butcher’s Chop House Bar
Sounds of Dolomites — Milana Powers, The Nelson Cottage
Freedom of Peach — Victor Wilson, Pine Cone Ridge
Tickets are on sale now for the live competition taking place on the deck of Deer Valley Resort’s Silver Lake Lodge from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 22. A $40 ticket includes a choice of two cocktail tastings from the Top 10 finalists, with additional tasting tickets available for purchase throughout the event. Deer Valley Resort will serve a selection of festival favorites available for purchase, and DJ Dolph will play all evening. This is a 21-plus event, and a valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
