Twin Falls officials say three are dead and seven are injured following Saturday's In-N-Out shooting. Police also identified the suspected shooter.At the press conference, Police Chief Matthew Hicks said dispatchers could hear s creaming and shots fired from multiple 911 calls sent in yesterday regarding the shooting.Hicks confirmed that three are dead and seven are injured. Two people have been treated and released, three are in stable condition, and two are in critical condition. Hicks says these numbers may be updated as they work with medical personnel, and officials will not be releasing the victims' identities at this time.The suspected shooter is dead, as a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and has been identified as 24-year-old Chad Williams. It is confirmed that he acted alone. Williams' family has been notified and is cooperating with law enforcement.It was confirmed that an off-duty state trooper and a citizen returned fire at the suspected shooter at the scene yesterday. Hicks commended these individuals for their heroic efforts.
