Senator Jim Banks and Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer led a group of Senate colleagues in sending a letter to Apple CEO Tim Cook, urging the company to avoid using memory chips from Chinese military-linked companies such as ChangXin Memory Technologies and Yangtze Memory Technologies Co.
