Finishing second was another Uptown home at 1526 Henry Clay Avenue, which sold for $1.85 million on July 22. Rounding out the top three was 6950 Colbert Street in Lakeview, which sold for $1.58 million on July 20. 120 Audubon Blvd. is positioned on a 0.54-acre corner lot within walking distance to Audubon Park and Tulane University.
