An Upstate New York-based limited liability company has claimed a $10 million top prize from the New York Lottery’s Ultimate Cash scratch-off game.The Gaetakro Limited Liability Company of Lagrangeville (Dutchess County) opted for a lump sum payment rather than receiving the prize as an annuity.
