Chicago police are searching for a person who “catastrophically” injured a woman in a Gold Coast hit-and-run last week.The woman was walking on the Lakefront trail near the 1400 N. Lake Shore Drive at 3:47 p.m. July 20 when she was hit by a man wearing a black ski mask and clothing, “recklessl y” driving a yellow dirt bike, police said.
