2 critical, 4 stable after multivehicle crash in Delaware

Six people were hospitalized, including two in critical condition, following an overnight multi-vehicle crash in Glasgow, Delaware, according to the New Castle County Department of Public Safety Emergency Medical Services Division.
At approximately 12:29 a.m. New Castle County first responders we
re dispatched to the intersection of Pulaski Highway and South College Avenue for a multi-vehicle crash with entrapment.
According to officials, when first responders arrived, they found three people who were trapped inside their cars and were transported to Christiana Hospital in Stanton.
A 26-year-old man was treated by New Castle County paramedics for internal and lower extremity injuries before being transported to the hospital in critical condition. Paramedics also treated a man believed to be about 20 years old for a head injury. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition, officials said.
A 20-year-old woman was also transported to Christiana Hospital in stable condition.
In addition, three other patients were treated and transported by Basic Life Support ambulances in stable condition.
Delaware State Police are investigating the crash.
