A Flash Flood Emergency has expired for areas near the Aspen Acres Fire, including Beulah and San Isabel. The emergency expired at 10 p.m. on Wednesday.Do not attempt to drive through water. Highway 165 near San Isabel is curren tly closed due to water and debris over the road. Take a look at conditions along Highway 165 below:Highway 78 is also closed at mile marker 14 due to water and debris over the road.
