A 43-year-old man was pronounced dead after he was found outside with a gunshot wound to his chest early Wednesday in West Pullman, Chicago police said.The incident occurred about 12:15 a.m. in the 11600 block of South Halsted Street, police said in a statement.He was taken in critical condition to Christ Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
