Update: Flood warning active for Franklin and St. Lawrence counties until Wednesday morning

On Wednesday at 3:21 a.m. an updated flood warning was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 6:30 a.m. for Franklin and St. Lawrence counties.The weather service informs, "Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected for Franklin and St counties. Lawrence."
