Wow! The U.S. has entered into an agreement with Saudi Arabia to partner with them to build and use uranium concentrating devices. The devices are for creating nuclear material for power plants. Gee, the same stuff used to make atom bombs. The Saudis refuse to sign the document if it restricts their use and inspections of the nuclear materials. I wonder why?   I seem to remember that 15 of the 17 participants in the 9/11 disaster were from Saudi Arabia. Also, the Saudis apparently dislike certain reporters who might cast dispersions upon them. Evidence is that they bone sawed one reporter into pieces.   This should be a great relationship. Good investigative reporters will be at risk.
