INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) -- A tip about narcotics being sold out of a local barbecue stand led Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department detectives to two arrests and the recovery of 14 firearms.According to court documents, detect ives were told two armed men were selling narcotics near 38th Street and Emerson Avenue.Officers stopped Robert L. Moore Jr, 44, and Cornell McCall, 43, while the Indianapolis men were pulling a barbecue smoker. Detectives say they found two loaded handguns, suspected methamphetamine, marijuana and a scale inside their van.A search of the pair's home turned up 12 more guns and additional marijuana.Both men were formally charged Monday in Marion Superior Court 32 with a mid-level felony of unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violence felon.
