Bixby City Council voted to appoint a new mayor, vice mayor, and the Ward 4 council seat at a meeting July 27.The results:MAYOR: Bobby Schultz is the new mayor for Bixby, after serving as active mayor and councilor for Ward 5.He said he's excited to move forward with the new additions to the city council.It's great to have a full city council again," he said. "We have every one of the city councilors are very dedicated, very knowledgeable, different areas of expertise, so we rely on each other as we, as we have issues arise, and so I think that it's going to work out really well.
