More victims are coming forward in a child sexual abuse investigation involving a longtime Plano ISD teacher, according to Plano Police. Paul Campbell, who taught at Brinker Elementary School for 28 years, is facing three additional warrants for indecency with a child. Campbell was booke d into the Plano City Jail earlier this month on a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child. He has since been transferred to the Collin County jail, where he remains. We recognize that disclosure can take time, and that each victim and family makes decisions about participation at their own pace.” Investigators are continuing to work to determine whether there are additional victims. NBC 5 reached out to Plano ISD, which said it is aware of the three additional warrants. “The alleged conduct is reprehensible and completely inconsistent with the values, standards and expectations of Plano ISD.
