Flood watch issued for Capital Region, Hudson Valley for Tuesday and Wednesday triggered by prolonged rainfall

On Monday at 2:31 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a flood watch valid from Tuesday 2 p.m. until Wednesday 8 p.m. for Greene, Columbia, Ulster and Dutchess counties.The weather service informs, "Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible."
