FRIDAY LIVE MUSIC Ca tFest 2026 ft: Lichen Hearts, Filthy Traitors, Skates!, Straight to VideoNot to be confused with CatVideoFest (that’s next month), CatFest is an annual concert featuring local feline-loving bands that raises money for Seattle Area Feline Rescue, a nonprofit no-kill rescue that helps stray cats find homes. Queer guitar-and-drum duo the Lichen Hearts bring their riot grrrl energy and some new songs to the stage; Seattle “murder punk” band Filthy Traitors plays a set fresh off their Fourth Corner Punk Fest performance in Bellingham; pop-punk squad Straight To Video promises fast riffs and energetic shouting; and surf-pop trio Skates! has an Instagram page littered with cat pics so you know their hearts are in it.
