Placing second was 623 Nashville Avenue, a double-galleried, 1910 Uptown home that sold on July 16 for $1.4 million. The third-highest sale was 1432 Carrisa Drive in Covington, a River Oaks Estates home that sold on July 17 for $1,312,500. 17 Australis Court is a technology-forward custom home in Gabriel, a gated Kenner subdivision that has appeared several times in recent months in Commission Accomplished. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence includes 3,518 square feet of living space and sits on an oversized lot in a newer phase of the subdivision, which came online within the last decade.
