(Opinion) A great idea went to the municipal trash heap this week — and our city will be greener as a result. The city and state would be even greener if that idea, placing a solar panel array atop the landfill, sent power directly into neighborhood homes through a municipally owned micr o-grid rather than having it siphoned and marked up first by a predatory state-backed private utility company.
