Eunoia’s brunch menu includes classic breakfast items, healthy options, and traditional Bulgarian dishes. Look for açaí bowls, bananas foster french toast, and quinoa salad alongside shakshouka and Bulgarian phyllo dough pastry called banitsa.

From the team behind DC favorites like Millie’s, Surfside, and Jetties, this new nautical-themed restaurant offers a brunch menu on the weekends, including blueberry coffee cake, buttermilk biscuits with fruit preserves, and roast beef hash and eggs. This Eastern Market rotisserie and wings spot is opening up a pop-up breakfast taco shop on the weekends. Choose from proteins like carne asada, grilled mushrooms, rotisserie chicken, and then top it with scrambled eggs, queso Oaxaca, jalapeños, and more.

If partaking in a raw bar before noon is your thing, this newly opened Georgetown eatery headlined by former French Laundry chef Tim Hollingsworth is the place to be. Beyond oysters, there’s also more typical brunch fare like French toast, cinnamon rolls, steak and eggs, and omelets.
Emma’s Torch

This New York-based nonprofit that provides refugees with culinary training just opened their DC-area flagship in Silver Spring. Named for “The New Colossus” poet Emma Lazarus, Emma’s Torch offers brunch daily with classics cooked up by their students, including brown-butter pancakes, steak and eggs, and shakshuka.
