A man was killed and a boy hospitalized by a shooting in West Garfield Park Thursday night, according to Chicago police.Two men fired shots at 6:50 p.m. in the 3800 block of West Adams Street, hitting a 49-year-old man on the sidewalk and a 13-year-old boy in a car, police said.
