A multi-vehicle crash stopped all lanes of eastbound traffic on State Route 94 at Federal Boulevard for about an hour and a half on Thursday evening, Caltrans said. The collision was expected to stop traffic for up to one hour, according to Sigalert. By about 5:40 p.m., some lanes were reopene d, California Highway Patrol said.
