Flood warning issued for Westchester County until Wednesday morning due to excessive downpours

On Tuesday at 7:12 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a flood warning in effect until Wednesday at 7:15 a.m. for Westchester County.The weather service informs, "River and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected for Bronx and Westchester counties."
