An Upstate New York teenager died on Sunday after drowning at a swimming hole on Rondout Creek near the High Falls Waterfall in Marbletown, according to New York State Police.Matthew Strahan, a 15-year-old Poughkeepsie resident, slipped under the waterfall and disappeared beneath the surface.
