RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Deputies with the Richland Co. Sheriff’s Dept. is searching for a missing woman and her baby, said RCSD. Authorities said, Crystal Houser, 38, was last seen on Thursday, July 16, with her missing 6-month-old daughter Jolly Houser in the 8500 block of Bluff Road. I t is believed that Houser removed the child from the location and left. Deputies believe the child may be in danger.
