A 17-year-old male was in critical condition after a shooting Friday afternoon in West Garfield Park, officials said.The teen was sitting in a vehicle in the 3800 block of West Madison Street around 4:53 p.m., when he was approached by two unknown people, according to Chicago police. The two fired m ultiple gunshots at the teen, police said, and he sustained seven gunshot wounds.He then self-transported to Stroger Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
