LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The outbreak of the intestinal illness, cyclosporiasis, has been linked to shredded iceberg lettuce served at Taco Bell, according to ABC. ABC said the locations it originated from are in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia.
