Two children who went missing from Ripley County Wednesday evening have been found safe, according to the Ripley County Sheriff's Office.The sheriff's office said they were searching for a 3-year-old girl and a 1-year-old boy, w ho went missing from Milan at around 9 p.m. Wednesday evening.Both were believed to be with 45-year-old Timothy Buckingham, according to the alert. The sheriff's office could not tell us whether Buckingham was apprehended, or if he remains at large.Timothy stands around 6 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs around 225 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
