Holy Cross Ministries will host a Health Fair and Wellness Festival from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Park City Library, 1255 Park Ave. The free family event aims to promote physical, mental and emotional health with free resources. Featured activities will include free healthcare resou rces, body expression workshops, Zumba and physical activities, an arts and crafts workshop, emotional well-being and self-care activities, free food and snacks and an opportunity drawing for 10 $20 gift cards. Free health services will include dental evaluations, early oral cancer detection, glucose control and blood pressure control. Participating community and mental health organizations include Molina Healthcare, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (Utah), Summit County Behavioral Health and Prevention, Summit County Clubhouse, Park City Library, Live Like Sam, Jacky’s Recovery, Therapizing Foundation, UCASA, Safe UT and Equellness Center Participants can register by completing the online form at forms.office.com/r/1PR4uSEjwR or texting “festival” to (385) 257-2441 for information and support with the registration process.
