COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– SC Governor Henry McMaster has ordered that flags atop the State Capitol be lowered to half-staff and to remain at half-staff until further order in honor of Lindsey Graham. The governor requests that flags over state buildings and buildings of the political subdivisions o f this State similarly be flown at half-staff for this purpose. U.S. Sen.
