Duncanville Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened around midnight at the Wexford Townhomes. Police found an adult man and a woman shot on Woburn Lane. Both were taken to a hospital; the man is expected to survive; the woman died. Officers who were already in the area when th e shooting occurred reportedly saw a white Dodge Challenger leaving the scene fast. Police chased the driver onto Interstate 20, where the chase eventually ended. Police said Emajin Trevon Jackson was taken into custody. Police said Jackson is a person of interest in the shooting and is being held at the Tri-City Regional Jail in DeSoto on a charge of evading arrest with a motor vehicle. More charges are pending and it’s unclear if Jackson has obtained an attorney to speak on his behalf. It’s unclear what led up to the shooting.
