A teen is hospitalized after being stabbed in the head on Monday evening, according to the Philadelphia Police Department. Léelo en español aquí Officers were called to the 4200 block of North 15th Street in the Nicetown section of North Philadelphia around 7:48 p.m., police said. When they got to the scene, they said they found a 14-year-old boy who had been stabbed in the head. Officers rushed the boy to a nearby hospital where he was placed in stable condition, according to police. No arrests have been made yet and investigators have not revealed a motive.
