Oklahoma settles $44 million pollution lawsuit with poultry companies

The State of Oklahoma and six companies involved in a 21-year lawsuit concerning poultry litter pollution in the Illinois River Watershed have reached a nearly $44 million settlement on Monday, according to Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond.
