The Better the Breed Festival Dog Show starts Saturday, July 25 from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, 1101 Lincoln St. Tyler spoke with Spencer Napoleon, show host o wner of Build-A-Bully, who says the main reason for the event is to dispel negative stereotypes around bully breeds, encourage informed conversations and promote responsible ownership.
