The recently renovated residence, originally built in 1900, sold for $2.75 million. Placing second was 71 Hummingbird Road, a newer home in Tchefuncta Estates that sold for $2,025,000. The third-highest sale was 2 Canal Street, Unit 2304, a two-bedroom condominium at Four Seasons New Orleans Private Residences that sold on July 1 for $1.66 million. The condo was the third unit in the past month to sell as part of the limited release of developer reserve homes made available earlier this year. Two weeks ago, Commission Accomplished featured the sales of units 2303 and 2804, which both sold on June 18. 4930 St. Charles Avenue features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 4,248 square feet of combined living space, including 3,848 square feet in the main house and a 400-square-foot pool house.
