Police are hoping the public can help locate a missing one-year-old girl after, officials claim, she went missing from a home in Philly’s Frankford section on Monday and was supposed to be with her out-of-state father. But, her father says the missing girl is in Philly, though he didn’t tell police where in the city she is or who she may be with, police claim. According to police, a search is on for one-year-old Royalty Cruz, who has been missing from her home along the 5200 block of Oakland Street in Philly’s Frankford section since Monday. Her mother told police that the girl was supposed to be with her father, who is not currently in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, officials said. However, police said that the child’s father told officers that the girl is still in Philadelphia — though he has not given police an address where she might be nor has he told police who the child is supposed to be with. Now, police are hoping the public can help locate the child. Royalty Cruz is one-year-old and has brown eyes and curly black hair, police said.
