Tampa Police reported early Tuesday morning that a child reported missing on Monday was located and reunited with his family.Officers say Elijah Cogdell was last seen Sunday at about 1:15 p.m. in the area of 10th Street North an d Seward Street East.The department's news release on Elijah's safe return thanks "everyone who shared the information, remained vigilant, and offered their support during the search.
