An updated flash flood warning was released by the National Weather Service on Monday at 7:27 p.m. in effect until 9:15 p.m. for Livingston and Wyoming counties."At 7:27 p.m., Local law enforcement reported that heavy rain from earlier this afternoon was producing flash flooding across the warned ar ea. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen according to Doppler radar. Flooding impacts will continue, but little to no additional rainfall is expected," describes the weather service.
