An updated flash flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 8:01 p.m. in effect until 11:15 p.m. for Delaware County."At 8:01 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
