The National Weather Service issued an updated flood watch at 6:04 a.m. on Sunday valid from Monday 2 a.m. until Tuesday 11 a.m. for Ulster and Dutchess counties.The weather service informs, "Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible."
