One person remained missing on Sunday morning after two others saved after a water rescue in the reservoir at Marsh Creek State Park in Chester County on Saturday night, firefighters told NBC10’s David Charns. Early Sunday, crews continued to search for a person who went missing while paddleboa rding in that area the night before. Initially, officials said that a water rescue happened in the park just before 10 p.m. on Saturday. But, in an updated that officials provided at about 10:45 p.m. crews said one person remained missing. The water rescue operation remains ongoing, and the park is closed on Sunday, officials said. Officials said they believe the three people were swimming in the water on paddleboards when severe storms hit. As of about 7 a.m. on Sunday, additional information on the individual that is the subject of the ongoing search had not yet been released. NBC10 is working to learn more.
