TONIGHT
Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms will stay in the picture this evening, then coverage should gradually lower overnight. Lows settle near the low 70s, with a light southwest breeze easing later at night. This is not a guaranteed washout for all fi
reworks shows, but storms may move in quickly enough during the evening to force people to head to shelter, and damaging wind plus heavy downpours remain the main concerns through tonight.
TOMORROW
Warm and humid with a mix of clouds and some sun, plus a couple of showers and thunderstorms developing again as the day goes on. Highs reach the mid 80s, with light wind. There should still be usable dry stretches, but Sunday looks more unsettled overall than a simple isolated summer pop-up setup, and any storm could produce localized heavy rain.
TOMORROW NIGHT
A few showers and thunderstorms may linger into the evening, then the trend should be toward lower coverage later at night. Lows hold near the upper 60s to around 70, with light wind. It stays muggy overnight, but the weather should become quieter with time.
MONDAY
Mainly cloudy and humid with another thunderstorm chance around. Highs reach the mid 70s to near 80, and a light breeze turns a bit breezier later in the day. Compared with the holiday weekend, this looks a little less hot, but still active enough that outdoor plans may need to work around rain at times.
MONDAY NIGHT
Partly cloudy to mostly cloudy with milder overnight conditions. Lows settle in the mid 50s to upper 60s depending on exact cloud cover and how quickly rain chances fade. The overall trend is toward somewhat quieter weather than the previous couple of nights.
TUESDAY
Partial sunshine returns with a warmer afternoon and only a stray thunderstorm chance. Highs climb into the upper 70s to mid 80s, with a lighter breeze. This looks like one of the more usable days of the stretch, with lower rain coverage and a more manageable feel overall.
TUESDAY NIGHT
Partly cloudy and mild, with lows near 60 to the upper 60s. Quiet weather should win out for most of the night, even if a completely dry forecast cannot be guaranteed.
WEDNESDAY
Hotter again with a blend of sun and clouds and another low-end storm chance later in the day. Highs reach near 90, with a light breeze. Heat starts to become a bigger factor again by midweek, even if storm coverage is not especially widespread.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT
Partly cloudy and warm, with lows near 70. It stays somewhat muggy overnight, and any leftover shower chance looks limited.
7 DAY FORECAST
The main concerns are the storm threat this evening, especially around fireworks time, and then the daily on-and-off storm chances that continue into early next week. Temperatures ease back a bit after Saturday’s heat, with highs mostly in the upper 70s to mid 80s Sunday through Tuesday, before pushing hotter again by Wednesday. The pattern stays summerlike and somewhat unsettled, with the best chance for heavier rain and stronger storms centered this evening and then periodic lower-end thunder chances lingering into the week.
