m. The free concert began at 5 p.m. ET. You can watch the concert LIVE on NBC10.The full concert lineup includes Christina Aguilera, Meek Mill, Jill Scott, the Roots with special guests Will Smith and DJ Jazzy Jeff, Kathy Sledge, State Property featuring Freeway, Beanie Sigel, Young Gunz and Peedi Crakk, Jordan Davis, Seal and Infinity Song.The celebration will be hosted by Wanda Sykes and will include appearances by Gillie Da King, Wallo 267 and more.Once the concert ends, it will be followed by a large fireworks display over the parkway beginning at 11:30 p.m. The city said on Friday that the concert will go on as scheduled, rain or shine.The concert was delayed around 8:40 p.m. due to approaching severe storms. A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect for Philadelphia until 9:30 p.m.
