Thousands of fans in Santa Clara celebrated a historic night in the Bay Area, as the U.S. defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina 2-0, advancing to the Round of 16 in the World Cup. Thousands of Team USA fans marched together, turning the walk to the stadium into a pregame celebration. And two hours late r, they had exactly what they came for. The U.S. Men’s national soccer team advances to the world cup round of 16, defeating Bosnia and Herzegovina 2-0, earning its first World Cup knockout round win in 24 years. Inside, the stadium was a sea of red, white and blue, with every big moment met by roars from the crowd. Many Bosnia and Herzegovina fans also showed up, some traveling from Europe for the game.
