CHESTERFIELD CO., S.C. – The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office has filed charges two years after the drive-by killing of a 13-year-old boy in Pageland. Jacob Duncan was killed in January 2024 after the shooting on Bennett Road in Pageland. 23-year-old Caleb Garcia is charged with murder an d 21-year-old Amber Moree is charged with accessory after the fact of murder. Garcia is already in jail serving a sentence for attempted murder in a separate shooting in Union County that happened seven days after Duncan’s death.
