The Venice Police Department (VPD) identified the male victim in an early morning shooting at an apartment complex on Wednesday.VPD said the shooting happened at the Maren Apartment Complex on Vistera Boulevard on July 1. Police said shortly after 1 a.m. on Wednesday morning, officers responded to reports of a shooting.
